I think I have pink eye!?

So this morning I woke up fine but later on in the day my eye started burning so I looked in the mirror an noticed that in my left eye on the right corner it's red but just the veins and it started to spread on the other side I told my mom and she didn't care well she never cares if I'm sick of something but should I be worried.!,
