I am not at all happy with the job i do.is there a any way i can make it a happy one?

i am a graduate.my subject area is fashion design. Unfortunately i got a job in a bank as managemen trainee.it was coz i couldn't get a job in fashion design field.i am totally confused and my knowledge and skill of mathematic is average level.i dont enjoy the work i do neither i understand.i dont want to quit this job once again.i want to make this a happy and enjoyable one for me and want to learn and do things properly.can any one understand my problem? if you can plz help
