Any recommendations on new irons?

blades don't have the forgiveness you might be looking for but any cavity back will give you a bigger sweet spot. I play the MP 53 irons and the new mp-t11 52 and 56 wedges from mizuno and love them. The irons are a couple of years old but until you are playing on TV you should be good with anything new. Technology is huge in the newer clubs and you may have to recheck your club distance. I increased my average club distance about 7 yards per club, only because I updated my 1990 tommy armour 845's. It is hard to give them up but demo something at your local shop.
