I'm applying for Firestone Complete Auto Care's Manager Trainee program? good idea?

I've been working at a bank, and I got an opportunity to join Complete Auto Care as a manager trainee. I don't have any working experience with auto's, but I understand how they work pretty well. Anyone ever gone through the training program?
