What are these tiny red vein looking lines on my cheeks and nose?

i am going to be 20 in october, i have a 2 yr old son & a 3 yr old step daughter, i smoke cigarettes, & drink very rarely. i have no idea what these little lines could be, there not really noticeable unless ur upclose in a mirror. i thought spider veins were blue.. i dont want to scare myself thinking i have roseacea . i listed that i have children because i read something that stated stress can put these lines in ur face but they were talking about wrinkles...i have made a dermatologist apt but it isnt for a month so i want to know if anyone has any idea? thank you
