How do you put in color cards in mizuno cleats?

I own a nice pair of Mizuno cleats for my softball team. Although my cleats don't have inserts this year, I had a pair when I was younger, there should be a opening on the inside of the cleat, possibly from the top, or to the side. You may find an opening on the outside. They usually are based on the side (like they slide in from the side). i hope this helps they go in depends on the brand. I really hopes this helps.
