Advancement rate of hotel manager?

I'm currently studying hospitality management at the university of Nevada las Vegas. I'm graduating next year. I know that ill probably get a manager trainee position upon graduation. My question is how long will it take me to climb the ranks so to speak. I plan to get an MBA in the future so keeping that in mind how long wi it take me to get promoted from manager to say director?
