What should i get for a 3 wood?

So I am pretty set on my clubs for this year and the next few but I am missingh fairway metals. Price is not really a concern because I could care less so thats outa the way. I am around a 12 hcp and never really felt the need to use a 3 wood, or even a 5 wood but I figured if I want to improve I should get one and use it. Right now my irons are mizuno mp-53, driver is mp-630 fast track, wedges are titleist volkey spin, I have yet to try out any 3 woods but I am going to be by a golf stop next week and needed help on what i should demo out and get fitted for, so can someone please help?
