What golf clubs are good for me?

Im 78 and shoot in the 100s. I have Mizuno MP 32 irons and like the feel but if i dont hit them good, my hands start hurting. My driver is a TM superdeep it is my cousins old one. I hit it low and rolling. A there better clubs for me?
