The veins on my hands started bulging yesterday, will they go away?

I started working at Mcdonalds and i use my hands and wrists a lot. The problem was, the night before, i put these wrist guards on and slept with them on. They sort of cut off my blood circulation from my hand (but I didn't notice when I woke up). I went to work with the wrist guards on also, and after I noticed my veins were swollen. I'm not sure if they were swollen before or after work, but they are still swollen right now. I'm very worried cause I heard that varicose veins don't really go away.Has anyone else had experience with this?
