Good shoes for parkour?

I have both mizuno rnning shoes which i have been using, because i am a long distance runner but they dont have good grip, and just regular nike basketball shoes, never tried doing parkour in them. can you give me a list of good shoes for parkour, that aren't to expensive? thanks
