Audition for sment... explain some things...?

i just read an answer on this site about trainees and such.. is it true that you HAVE to be full asian? i wanted to get my brother to audition... part japanese part american. he has a good voice but hes still 11. hes kinda tan which they dont like but i guess if he lays off the sun he could become paler. but do they really not accept HALF asian? and he can just audition by singing right? not dancing? but he has a better chance of getting in if he can dance.. correct? oh and one more thing, if sment doesnt accept anyone that isnt full asian, are all the other companys the same?
